Sweety High intern, Skylar, saw the 3D Glee Concert Movie twice this weekend and had a lot to say about her experience. Read her review of the movie below:
The 3D Glee movie came out this weekend, and I, for one was very impressed. I’m a huge Glee fan and it was really cool to get to see all of the performances in 3D. All the performers stayed in character throughout the concert movie, and the movie also featured Gwyneth Paltrow & the Warblers along with all of our favorite Glee characters. The movie showed the stories of 3 young adults (aka Gleeks), who, with the help of Glee, overcame obstabcles in their lives. Personally, I would have liked to see more cast interviews, as there weren’t really any, but other than that, the movie was great! I loved when the cast sang “Loser Like Me” and the Warbler’s version of “Teenage Dream” was amazing! Sitting in the theater, I felt like I just wanted to get up and sing and dance!! If you’re a fan of “Glee,” I definitely recommend going to see it! You won’t be disappointed!
