Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale met on the set of High School Musical over four years ago, and they’re still best friends! In a recent interview, Vanessa calls Ash “mega important” in her life.
“Of course I tell Ash some things I would never tell Zac,” says Vanessa. “That doesn’t mean that I have any secrets from him ‚but sometimes it’s better to talk with a girl about some topics.”
As for what makes their friendship so special, Vanessa spills: “It’s very hard to find true friends in Hollywood. Most of the girls there are crazy, But it’s cool if you have someone who are like you. Ash is totally honest with me. I love her so much.”
It’s amazing that they’ve managed to stay such good friends throughout the years!
Zac Efron hit it big with Disney’s High School Musical series at the age of 19, but he says he’s never had a master plan. Instead, the actor insists he’s someone who prefers to go with the flow.
“In my career, I’ve never been the man with the plan,” says Zac. “I’ve never been one to say, I want to be here in 10 years. People always ask, ‘Where do you want to be in 10 years? What do you see in the future?’ I don’t know. I always like to throw caution to the wind and follow my heart.”
Seems like Zac’s doing pretty good for himself despite not having a plan! He’ll next appear in the drama Charlie St. Cloud, out July 30th.
Zac Efron is taking a more dramatic turn with the title role in his new film Charlie St. Cloud, and he calls the role “more adventurous and real.”
“I was very excited to do this role because it’s something different‚ it’s a lot more adventurous and real,” says Zac in a new featurette from the film.
Zac Jump Started his career doing the High School Musical films for Disney, and then moved on to Seventeen Again. It should be interesting to see him transition into a new type of film. Charlie St. Cloud will hit theaters on July 30th.
Former “High School Musical” star Ashley Tisdale recently debuted brunette locks at the premiere of The Last Song. Ashley is set to appear in the CW’s upcoming dramedy Hellcats and tweeted that she had changed her hair color for the role.
Don’t get her wrong though, she didn’t mind changing her hair color! “My natural hair is dark, so I do tend to like it more dark just because it’s easier to manage,” she says. “I like being blonde, too.”
As for which look she prefers, Ash says: “Blonde is more fun, I guess. I think I still have fun as a brunette no matter what — I can have fun anywhere, but I think with guys, it’s definitely different. You get different guys according to your hair color.”
