Cody Simpson and Justin Bieber are working on a song together? Could life get any better??
Cody officially put rumors to rest yesterday as he revealed that all our dreams would indeed come true!
Cody tweeted the above picture and said -
“in the lab. @justinbieber’s #Believe will be incredible. & I have an incredible debut album coming also #YoungBoyClass”

Last week Cody Simpson turned the big 1-4, and some of our favorite Tweeties (Sweeties+Tweet=Tweeties) decided to wish the iYiYi singer a happy b-day. Cody Simpson has said that his biggest musical influence is Justin Timberlake and now it looks like Cody might actually get a chance to collaborate with him!
In a recent interview, Cody named JT as the singer he’d most like to collaborate with, adding, “But I might be working with him soon, so it’s a dream come true.”

We love Cody Simpson’s cute Australian accent, but he says it doesn’t help with girls as much as he’d like‚ at least in Australia! The 13-year-old “iYiYi” singer says he’s still single too.
“Well, not in Australia because everyone has it,” Cody says about his accent helping him with girls. “But hopefully in the US it does. But I’m still single!”
It’s hard to believe that Cody has stayed single this long! We thought he made a super cute couple with the lead girl in his music video.

Cody Simpson says his biggest musical influence is Justin Timberlake. Not such a surprise, since the Aussie singer does have two JT covers on his YouTube channel!
“My biggest [musical influence]‚ Well, I got to say Justin Timberlake and he’s been my idol,” said Cody in an interview.

One year ago this month a star was discovered–a Youtube star that is! Thirteen year-old Australian-born Cody Simpson was discovered off of Youtube performing amazing covers of artists such as Justin Timberlake and Jason Mraz. He just recently debuted his first music video for his hit song ‘iYiYi’ featuring Flo Rida.
Does this sound like any other teen superstars you know? Yes, that’s right, Justin Bieber! There has been story after story comparing the two performers, and Simpson had something to say on the subject.
“Everyone that is coming into the industry that is new, they are always being compared to someone. I guess because we were both found on YouTube. I’m a big fan of his music, I think he is really talented. It’s flattering to be compared to someone so successful.”

Australian teenager Cody Simpson is already being billed as the next Justin Bieber, and his first single just came out today! “iYiYi,” featuring Flo Rida, is now available on iTunes!! The music video for the song will be released later this month and feature Sweety High’s Scarlett Turner.
Cody shared some funny details about his very very first song!
According to Cody, he started getting into music early: “I first picked up a guitar at seven after watching Dad play at backyard barbecues. I wrote my first song when I was about eight. It was about putting a diaper on a chicken!”
