Selena Gomez was expecting to spend her 19th birthday without BF Justin Bieber, but he surprised her at her concert at the O.C. Fair Saturday. He serenaded her (and the crowd!) with his song “Favorite Girl” and Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me A River.”

PFC Hart, a young man in the Marines, made a video of his own inviting Miley to the Marine Corps Ball in November. Super cute!!! I guess we’ll have to wait and see what Miley says because Justin and Mila have both already accepted invitations from other marines!!
