One Direction has released a new music video for their song ‘More Than This‘! The video is from a live performance by the band. Take a look and then let us know what you think!
Next Tuesday, May 8th, will bring a special ‘Glee‘ Prom episode (titled ‘Prom-A-Saurus’) where the New Directions will sing One Direction!
The Glee cast will cover the song ‘What Makes You Beautiful‘!

As anticipation mounts for tomorrows return of Glee, we are so excited to announce that Selena Gomez‘s ‘Love You Like A Love Song‘ will be featured on Glee! -and not just any episode, but the special Prom episode!!
Selena’s song will be performed by Lea Michele (Rachel Berry) and Naya Rivera (Santana).
Rumors have also been circling that One Direction may be either making a surprise appearance on Glee, or may have one of their songs featured on Glee. While neither of these reports have yet been confirmed, we are still keeping our fingers crossed!
In other Glee news, Darren Criss (Blaine) posted a cover video to the Disney song ‘Part of Your World’.

One Direction has swept the music charts and brought their debut album to number one.
Now the mega boy band has new goals in sight: a book deal.
Harper Collins Children’s Books will be releasing ‘Dare to Dream: Life as One Direction‘ on May 22 – two days before the band’s U.S. tour.
The book will feature interviews with the band and give the story of their rise to fame.
Even with the book not yet released, there is already a sequel in motion! The sequel has a release date of September 2013.

A few days ago Nickelodeon confirmed that One Direction would be given a new live-action show on their channel.
However, since then One Direction has denied that they are doing a TV show, stating that they need to focus on their music right now.
It seems like there may be some communication problems between Nickelodeon and One Direction!
Our hopes were up for a show from the boys, but we are also proud that the guys are committed to their music.
On the bright side, there are talks that the Jonas Brothers may be getting a reality show on E! network.
The show would focus on Joe, Nick, and Kevin (and occasionally his wife Danielle) throughout their lives in New York as they explore their joint and individual careers.
We’ll cross our fingers that this one ends up going through!!
Thank goodness the rumors are true!
One Direction has landed their own show with Nickelodeon!
Nickelodeon confirmed via Twitter that the show will be produced, but left much of the details to our imagination.
Here is all they had to say on the subject:
“The rumors are true, our live-action slate does include a development project for @onedirection. Welcome to the family!”
We are so happy for the boys (okay, so we’re a little happy for us too!) and we can’t wait to learn more about this project!!
The teen generation is quickly taking over the music world and the proof is in the iTunes!
One Direction has skyrocketed on the charts after yesterdays performance on the today show – bringing their album to #1 on iTunes and putting 3 of their songs in the top 100.
Carly Rae Jepsen is also setting new records for herself today – her famous single “Call Me Maybe” is now in the #7 spot!! This is especially impressive when you take into consideration that her song was accidentally deleted from iTunes when it was in the #17 spot and had to start climbing the charts from scratch!
Cody Simpson‘s new song “So Listen” featuring T-Pain, which was barely released today, has already reached #87 on iTunes (and the day is still young)! Wow!
Bella Thorne and Zendaya Coleman are also now holding the #1 spot for their new mash-up music video on iTunes – the video is for each of their singles “TTYLXOX” (#43) and “Something to Dance For” (#66) – respectively.
Selena Gomez‘s “Love You Like a Love Song“, which is by no means a new-born, is still holding on to a #72 spot even after all this time! We know that we are still far from being sick of this catchy tune!
Taylor Swift is also holding down two songs within the top 100 category – but there’s no surprises there! Taylor always seems to have at least one song in the top spots! Keep ‘em coming, Taylor!
We can only imagine how much the teens will dominate the music scene once Justin Bieber‘s new album drops! We can’t wait for the King of Pop to join his peers in this new teen music phenomenon!
Nickelodeon has just announced that Katy Perry will perform at the Kid’s Choice Awards!!
Miss Perry is always a fantastic performer and we can’t wait to see what she has up her sleeve!
Also slated to perform is boy-band One Direction!
The Kids Choice Awards will take place March 31 on Nickelodeon. This years host is the hilarious Will Smith!
Not to mention that this years nominees include most of our favorite celebs such as Victoria Justice, Miranda Cosgrove, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Big Time Rush, Dan Radcliffe, Johnny Depp, Kristin Stewart, Lady Gaga – and we’re just getting started!
