Demi Lovato has joined forces with her favorite reality show sisters-the Kardashians of course, to host a special concert and anti-bullying rally. Demi will be performing at the concert which will be held at the Jimmy Kimmel Outdoor Stage outside the El Capitan Theater.
Kourtney, Khloé, and Kim Kardashian are partnering with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to celebrate and honor one of the families selected to be on the show.
The Kardashians will reveal several special surprises they’ve planned for the family live on stage, including a mini-concert by Demi Lovato.
